Online Application Portal


As of March 13, 2023, Planning and Zoning requires all applications to be submitted ONLINE. 
Please note, three (3) hard copies of all proposed development plans are still required for submittal and resubmittal.

The online system allows all Planning and Zoning processes to be managed online, including the submission of applications, electronic plans, and payment, as well as project updates throughout the review process.

  • Land Development Regulations (LDR) Amendment
  • Minor Administrative Amendment

  • Outdoor Seating
  • PCD/PUD Amendment
  • Place of Assembly
  • Plat Review
  • Pre-Application Meeting Request
  • Rezoning (including PCD/PUD Overlays)
  • Site Plan Review/Amendment
  • Surety
  • Time Extension Request (State of Emergency)

  • Zoning Confirmation Letter Request

The following forms are provided for use in conjunction with the online application portal:

  1. Statement of Ownership and Designation of Authorized Agent
  2. Financial Responsibility Form (PDF)
  3. Outdoor Seating Indemnification Form: Property Owner (PDF)
  4. Outdoor Seating Indemnification Form: Tenant (PDF)

The following applications/forms are still available to print, fill out, and submit to the City, along with all required submittal documents and fees:
