Public Records Request

If you do not find the records that you are looking for, please make a public records request by clicking on one of the links below and filling out the requested information.

  • Request Building Records (i.e., Building Permits, Building Plans, Surveys, Inspections Reports, etc.)
  • Request Code Compliance Records (i.e., Copies of Code Cases, etc.)
  • Request Fire / Rescue Records (i.e., Copies of Incident Reports, Medical Records, Fire Inspection Reports, Fire Code Violations, etc.)

    • Law Enforcement Officials: A request for medical records or other protected health information must be accompanied by an administrative subpoena or summons, a civil or an authorized investigative demand, or similar process authorized under law pursuant to 45 CFR §164.512(f).
    • Law Firms & Attorneys: Billing statements and inquiries for third parties are not available through this office. Please submit your request directly to Digitech Computer, LLC via Chartswap using a provider name of "City of Palm Beach Gardens".
