  10. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

    The following provisions shall be strictly observed and enforced throughout the entire duration of the construction project:

  17. 2. Hours of construction are limited to Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Working on Sundays and on federal holidays is prohibited.
  19. 3. All construction fences, tents, and loose material shall be removed if within 24 hours of an announced tropical storm or hurricane by the National Hurricane Center that places the City within the "3-day cone of probability".
  21. 4. Access points and/or roadways shall be established and maintained at all times to provide entry to the entire construction site. Access points and roadways shall be stabilized per Engineering standards, be a minimum of 20 feet wide, and have an unobstructed vertical clearance of 13 feet, 6 inches.
  23. 5. A temporary six (6) foot tall chain link fence shall be installed along the exterior boundaries of the scope of work. The fence shall be equipped with black or green privacy wind screen attached to the entire fence. For construction sites that are one acre or more, two 10-foot-wide gates are required or one 16-fott-wide gate in two separate locations. For construction sites that are under one acre in size, one 16-foot-wide gate or two 10-foot-wide gates shall be provided, this includes project laydown areas and storage compounds. All gates shall be secured with a Knox padlock keyed for Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue and shall not be blocked or disabled from use.
