About Us
Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue is one of only sixteen fire departments in the United States to hold the distinction of being a dully accredited agency with an Insurance Services Office (ISO) Class 1 Public Protection Classification.
The department has been accredited by the Commission on Fire Accreditation International (CFAI) since 2006 and by the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS) since 2019. In 2023, the department achieved an ISO Class 1 rating. These accomplishments reflect the department’s ongoing commitment to excellence and continual improvement.
Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue has also received numerous awards recognizing its dedication to providing exceptional service to residents and businesses, as well as its leadership in firefighter health and wellness initiatives:
