Prospective vendors who meet the qualifications of a Farm and Agriculture vendor classification will be given first priority into the market, pending an application is submitted on or before June 30, 2025.
Prospective Vendors who apply on or after Monday, July 1, 2025 and meet the qualifications of a Farm and Agriculture vendor classification will be placed on the interest list. Please see ‘Interest List Acceptance’ below for more information.
ALL OTHER VENDORS ACCEPTANCE
Prospective vendors who meet the qualifications of a Non-Farm and Value-Added Food, Prepared Concession, Artisan and Handmade Goods, or Community Group vendor classification will be consider, pending an application is submitted on or before June 30, 2025.
Non-Farm and Value-Added Food, Prepared Concession, Artisan and Handmade Good Vendors who have participated in The Gardens GreenMarket for 10 or more market seasons will be given second priority into the market, pending an application is submitted on or before June 30, 2025.
The number of vendors selected is entirely dependent upon the amount of remaining vendor spaces. This does not guarantee space(s) into the market.
Prospective vendors who are not selected during the initial application process (May 13-June 30) may have an opportunity to be called off the Interest List (see ‘Interest List Acceptance’ below).
INTEREST LIST ACCEPTANCE
Prospective vendors who have submitted an application on or after July 1, 2025, will be required to completed interest list application.
Prospective vendors who have submitted an interest list application may be called off to participate if an opening occurs during the season. Market Manager will contact the prospective vendor to notify them of the available space.
If that vendor declines to participate, or does not respond in a timely manner, Market Staff will select another business from the interest list.
