Join us on Friday, January 16 at Lake Catherine/Honor Park (9481 MacArthur Blvd.) for our 27th Annual Arbor Day Celebration as we come together to honor the vital role trees play in our community. This year’s celebration will feature the planting of Holywood, also known as the Tree of Life (Guaiacum Sanctum), a rare and meaningful species known for its strength, longevity and environmental value.
This year, we are pleased to introduce City Forester, Barrett Cruce, who will share insights on this year’s tree and its significance. The program will also include a children’s book reading hosted by the Palm Beach Gardens Women’s Club, followed by the presentation of an official proclamation recognizing the commemorative planting.
