Patrol Operations
Patrol Operations provides police patrol services 24-hours a day, 7-days a week and is the most visible representation of the Police Department. Officers respond to calls for service, enforce the laws, conduct proactive crime prevention, and serve the citizens of the City in a variety of ways. Traffic is a high priority in Palm Beach Gardens, and the Uniform Operations Bureau conducts traffic enforcement, with a special focus on key accident and high volume locations, as well as efforts to deter impaired and aggressive drivers. Uniform Operations also includes our K-9 Unit which consists of four handlers and their canine “partners.” Officers are committed to working with the community to preserve an outstanding quality of life through education, partnerships, and enforcement. We believe in Respect, Accountability, and Professionalism and realize that a contact with a citizen may be the only experience that they have ever had with a police officer. Therefore, we are dedicated to setting the standard for our profession by being "Committed to Professional Excellence."
Major Eduardo Guillen began his law enforcement career in 2000 with the City of Belle Glade Police Department in Florida.
