Permit Search

Civic Access gives customers a couple different methods for finding online applications.  If you are 100% certain which one to select, the Application Assistant provides easy-to-use search capabilities.  If you are uncertain of which needs to be filled out, use the city’s custom navigator tool.

I Know What to Select

The Application Assistant is the search page for finding your application if you already know which application to complete.

Click the Apply tile on the Home page, or select the Apply menu option

2.If you see the following question “Do you need help getting started?” select No.search_permit_02

OPTIONAL – Clicking the Filter icon will unhide categories that can be expanded to further divide online applications into their appropriate subheadings.  Clicking these items will display available applications in the results window.

4.If you know the name of the application, type a portion of the permit name in the search box and click Enter.  A list will reveal results for selection containing the letters provided.search_permit_05

Help Me Select

If you are not exactly certain which application you need to complete, the city’s custom navigator utility can assist you with locating that application by answering a series of guided questions
1.Click the Apply tile on the Home page, or select the Apply menu option.contractor-reg-01
2.Select the "Help me choose" link next to the search bar.search_permit_04
3.Tap or click the "Help Me Select" tile.search_permit_06
4.Continue clicking tiles or providing answers to the questions.search_permit_07
5.When you have provided the necessary answers for the utility to determine your application needs, you will be either:
  1. Presented with a page explaining your potential application(s) that need to be filled out.
  2. Automatically refreshed to the application desired.
