Pool Corral Rental Fees
Want to rent a space for a birthday party or special gathering? There are two corrals. Both are located inside the Splash Zone area. The Small Corral Rental includes 15 guest admissions to the Main Pool & Splash Zone. Should you need more pool admissions, the Res/Non-Res admission fee will be charged per each additional guest, not to exceed 30 total. The Large Corral Rental includes 25 guest admissions to the Main Pool & Splash Zone. Should you need more pool admissions, the Res/Non-Res admission fee will be charged per each additional guest, not to exceed 45 total.

Pool Cabana Rental Fees
Want to rent a space for a birthday party or special gathering? There are FIVE cabanas. Two are located inside the Splash Zone area, three are located on the deck of the Main Pool. No admissions are included in the cabana rental and are subject to capacity limitations. Each cabana has a table and bench-style seating and two chairs.

- I submitted the permit request. When should I expect a response?
City staff will be reviewing your application based on the information provided. We aim to respond to each submission within one week. - Will I have to pay a deposit?
No. Full payment is required at the time of permit approval. - What if I need to cancel?
Please refer to our Facility Use Policies & Procedures for our cancellation policy.

- What if it rains?
If it rains on the day of your party, we will have the party in the rain. If lightning is seen, thunder is heard, or if lightning is within a 10-mile radius of the Aquatic Complex, staff will remove everyone from the site until it has passed for safety purposes. - Can I get a refund if the pool closes during my rental?
If your party has been there for one hour or more, your rental is complete, and no refund or reschedule will be allowed. On the day of your party, if there is a threat of rain or it is raining before the start of your rental and you wish to cancel, you must call the pool one hour prior to your reservation to let them know you are not coming. After canceling, a Management Team member will reach out to you during business hours to discuss a refund or reschedule, if possible. - How can I check the current open/close status of the pool?

Although avoided as much as possible, the City can cancel your event at any time. If a group is dishonest in its application or otherwise in communication with City staff, the City reserves the right to cancel without refund. If the City cancels an event due to an impending storm or a recent storm that caused severe damage to the event facility, the event host will receive a full refund. - When can I access the site to set up my event?
At the time of your rental listed on your contract. No early access will be granted. Your party must be cleaned up and exit the pool gates at the scheduled end time. - What items can I bring with me?
Food and drinks are allowed, but we do not allow glass or alcohol; other prohibited items, per Palm Beach Gardens Resolution 69, include balloons, glitter, and confetti. - Help, I'm overwhelmed! Who can I talk to about my rental?
