Records Management

The Records Division is located in the main lobby area of the Police Department and is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding major holidays. Records personnel assist the public in a variety of ways including providing copies of police reports, background investigations, and general police department inquiries.

In addition to assisting customers through our lobby, we are also responsible for responding to public records requests and providing administrative assistance throughout the Police Department, including the Training Division, Traffic Division and Fiscal/Budgeting. Furthermore, the Records Division reviews and processes crime and arrest data for the National Incident Based Reporting System (NIBRS) which is submitted to Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
